Do the best you can, until you know better…
We are now officially immersed in the digital age with all things electronic and computerized dictating how we live. We are also getting fatter as a nation. With more conveniences and access to anything at our fingertips, including resources on health, fitness, and nutrition, you’d think we would make better choices. But we aren’t.
What I am seeing is a huge divide between those who know and care and those who don’t know enough to care. Those who know and care are part of the juicing, non-gmo, pro local farms movement. Those who don’t care where really excited when the “McRib” came back to McDonald’s. Regardless of how busy you are, or how you eat, there is always time and there are always ways to move your body.
With the invention of the Internet also came access to everything (good and bad). There are so many things available to you for online fitness, you don’t even need very much space. Not that You Tube is a great example, but you can literally type in any movement pattern or exercise method and 100 videos will pop up.
But if you are looking for something more specific, to get you moving there are so many great websites you can use. In a later post I will post the pros and cons of these but for now, log on and explore. Find out which ones work best for you! Here are a few examples…
