How to Make Vanilla Ice Cream {Easy Recipe}
This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Wet-Nap but all my opinions are my own.
- 2 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- chopped nuts, sprinkles and/or candy for toppings
Add whipping cream to a large mixing bowl and beat on high speed until the cream forms stiff peaks.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until all ingredients are incorporated well.
Cover and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours until the ice cream is firm.
Once your ice cream is set, it’s ready to serve! I like to set up an ice cream sundae bar for the kids complete with chocolate syrup, candy, sprinkles and cherries to top off their yummy treats.
And we always have a good supply of Wet-Nap napkins on the table to go along with our sundaes.
Homemade ice cream is easy to make, and the clean up should be just as easy!
We like the Wet-Nap canister because it’s easy enough for kids to use on their own. The napkins are now even stronger to easily tackle the clean up of the messiest kids! They are antibacterial but soft and gentle on the kids’ delicate skin.
Wet-Nap products can be found in the napkin aisle, I picked up mine at Walmart.
You can easily add in different ingredients to this recipe to customize the flavor to your own taste. Maybe chunks of peanut butter, or caramel sauce. What kind of ice cream will you make first?
