5 Reasons to Buy a Knott’s Berry Farm 2016 Season Pass

Over the last two years I’ve posted quite a few times about my family visits to Knott’s Berry Farm here in Southern California. I visited the park when I was a kid and I love bring my kids there now! We always stop in Camp Snoopy first and ride the Grand Sierra Railway. Then we start marking off our list of all our favorites – Balloon Race, Charlie Brown’s Kite Flyer, Pig Pen’s Mud Buggies and so many more. This year we want to visit the park even more, so we’ve decided to purchase season passes!
Here are the top 5 reasons why we’re buying season passes this year:
1. Knott’s Berry Farm has rides for kids of all ages: As my kids grow up they all want to do different things. We all enjoy visiting Camp Snoopy, but my daughter is now tall enough to ride a few of the bigger roller coasters. My husband takes her on a few of her favorites such as The Log Ride and The Pony Express, while the boys and I have fun riding Engine 41 around the park.
2. There are lots of things to do besides roller coasters: I am not a huge fan of the fast, upside down, loop around rides. I would rather sip a Boysenberry Icee and watch a show at the Camp Snoopy Theater with my two boys. If you’ve never seen the Native American Dancers or the Wild West Stunt Show then you need to check them out! You can also walk through Ghost Town and visit the shops, or stop and have a bite to eat at one of the many delicious restaurants.
3. Knott’s Berry Farm has great seasonal events: You can visit the park for Halloween, Christmas, even New Years Eve and you’ll find a fantastic celebration! Our favorite time of year is when the annual Berry Festival is going on. The park is filled with limited time boysenberry food and treats. The boysenberry filled churros are a must try for everyone!
4. Low cost, monthly payments: If you purchase your passes before 11/02 you can take advantage of $9 monthly payments for 9 months. There is nothing we can do all as a family that beats this price!
5. Unlimited visits in 2016: No blackout days. Really, none. Visit on a Sunday, or a holiday. Visit on a Wednesday if you like. If they’re open, you’re in! My youngest son might even sneak in a quick weekday trip while the older two kids are in school!
