Landscape Structures: Inclusive All Abilities Playgrounds

Playtime has always been an important part of our lives. It’s more than just kids having fun, they can also learn through playing. Kids can develop social skills, increase physical activity, and use the environment around them for sensory exploration. This is why playtime is so important for kids of all ages and abilities!
My son was diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year and since then we’ve been able to get a clear perspective on how he sees and experiences the world around him. As with many ADHD kids, he has sensory processing and attention issues that affect his everyday life.
Outside of our home and school, these issues still affect him. When we go to parks and playgrounds he often finds it difficult to stay engaged. If there’s just a swing set and a slide, he’ll be bored within seconds. Luckily we’ve been fortunate to have a Landscape Structures playground nearby both at home in California, and now here in Texas.
These playgrounds not only have activities and equipment for a wide range of ages, but they also have bright colors and designs to grab the attention of any kid. Kids can climb, jump, glide, and spin, as well as interact with the themed activity boards or enjoy sensory play with musical instruments.
In addition to offering fun and engaging playground activities
