MONQ Essential Oil Diffusers

My longtime readers know that I write about essential oils a lot. I have been using them daily for years and cannot imagine my life with oils! So when I was given the opportunity to try MONQ Essential Oil Diffusers, I jumped at the chance. More ways to use essential oils is always a good thing!
The portable diffusers are available in 12 blends and are made from high quality, non-GMO ingredients. Over the last week I have tried a few and my favorite is Vibrant. It is a blend of Ginger, Lemon, and Spearmint. The scents are uplifting and make me feel motivated to start my day!
Another blend that I really enjoyed was Sleepy. It has the wonderful calming scents of Lavender, Chamomile, and Kava. I used it before bed and was able to enjoy a relaxing, peaceful night’s sleep.
How does it work?
Unlike traditional diffusers where you add essential oils to a humidifier or dispenser, these are portable and you draw in the blends through your mouth and exhale through your nose. While it is safe to inhale these blends through your lungs, it is not recommended because it is not as effective as exhaling through your nose. I will admit, not inhaling the mist into my lungs was hard at first! But it only took a few tries to get it right.
How long does each diffuser last?
This depends on how often you use them. I have been using the diffusers for a week and have tried several blends, so mine are still going strong! It’s recommended that you take 2-3 breaths from your diffuser for each use, and can use the diffusers 2-3 times per day. Generally, each diffuser should last about 200 breaths.

I love that these diffusers are portable! I can put them in my purse, yoga bag, hiking backpack – wherever I want. The variety of scents is also a plus, each one smells so unique. I can’t wait to see what new blends they come up with!
