Move it, or lose it!
One of the things I am adamant about is my mission on earth to get people to move more. To drop the excuses, put down the TV remote and get up and move. It does not have to be in a gym, you don’t have to wear the perfect outfit, but you do have to get up and move and move every single day. You may be sitting there saying to yourself “I used to love step aerobics, that was so fun back in the day. I haven’t “found” anything like it since.” Well, I have news for you – your body doesn’t care, it wants to break free from its funk and it wants to start moving.
You have heard the term move it or lose it? This could not be more true than with fitness. The less you work your muscles and joints the worse your range of motion and muscle tone will be over time which results in pain and dysfunction.
