My Favorite Knott’s Berry Farm Family Moments
Today’s post is brought to you by GigaSavvy. I received no monetary compensation to share my favorite Knott’s Berry Farm moments with you. Enjoy!
I’ve lived in California my whole life and I know that there are a lot of great family attractions to enjoy. I’ve been going to Knott’s Berry Farm since I was a kid and every time I go it brings back such great memories! I started taking my kids there just this past year and I’m so glad that they enjoy going to the park as much as I do!
Our first trip there was during Halloween when the park was festively decorated and so was the cast! The Peanuts Gang has always been a favorite of mine, starting when I would watch the holiday movies as a kid. I had a Woodstock stuffed animal as a toy and it was a cherished item that I keep close at all times.
During Christmas time we took the kids again and while waiting for the train a cast member came up to my kids and started talking to them. My oldest son doesn’t talk much to anyone, so it was such a special moment for my husband and I to see him talking to this cowboy and smiling and laughing. Every cast member we have ever met has been nothing but kind and helpful!
Engine 41 is by far my son’s favorite attraction. He is in love with trains and just watching Engine 41 pull into the station is the highlight of any trip we make to Knott’s Berry Farm! Each time we ride the train there are cast members on the train that interact with the passengers and my kids always get a kick out it. It’s such a fun time for everyone!
At Christmas time we enjoyed Santa’s Christmas Cabin the most. Not only were there carolers outside but inside we took pictures with Santa then we took a break and sat down to enjoy warm cookies and milk.
What I love the most about taking the kids to Knott’s Berry Farm, is enjoying moments like this where the kids are laughing and having fun. This was the first time my son went on a ride without Mom or Dad, just with Big Sister. She showed him what to do before the ride started and was so proud to be “in charge” of him for the 30-second ride.
I love that there is so much for kids of all ages to do. While my kids are enjoying Camp Snoopy, and some of the smaller rides throughout the park now, there are plenty of rides for them to enjoy as they get older. Knott’s Berry Farm is a place that you and your child can grow with. You can get a Season Pass and enjoy the park any time of the year for as little as $14/month! Celebrate each season with fun events such as Berry Bloom or Camp Spooky
