Smart Snacking During the Holidays

During the holiday season, I am always rushing around to get all of my shopping done for presents, or supplies for our holiday parties before the kids get out of school for break. With only two weeks left before Winter break, I need to start checking off items on my to-do list!
It never fails then when I’m in a hurry and out running errands I always forget to eat and then I’m left with no other option than fast food. But this year will be different!
