Thankful Cards for Thanksgiving
Many of us have traditions for Thanksgiving. It may be certain foods we make such as sweet potato casserole, or homemade stuffing. Or maybe your family likes to read the story about the first Thanksgiving. But one tradition that most families have is talking about what we are thankful for.
Every year I am thankful for my family, they have always been a great support in everything that I do. I have been trying to improve my health over this past year by eating better and exercising, also by trying to relax more and stress less! This year I’ve also had so much success with my blog and with my shop, so I am very thankful for the opportunities that I’ve been given in that area of my life as well.
One way to share with your family and friends what you are thankful for on Thanksgiving is by having everyone write down what they are thankful for on cards. Then, after dinner when everyone is having their dessert you can have a member of the family read the cards aloud. Or you can have everyone pick a card out of a bowl and read someone else’s.
I’ve made a pdf with these blank cards, four to a sheet for you to print out for your Thanksgiving celebration: Thankful Cards for Thanksgiving. I hope you like them!

I love these Thankful Thanksgiving Cards, Monika! I love the idea of handing them out to everyone & reading them after dinner!
I know my kids would love this! I’ll have to start planning our thankful cards for the holidays. Great idea!
Monika, this is a wonderful resource for families and I really like the emphasis on focusing on being thankful as well as sharing together. I have pinned this and think my family will really enjoy using this during our Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for hosting this great blog hop!
This is such an important piece of history! I still love to look at the Thankful notes that my children’s great grandma wrote during thanksgiving celebrations. They are priceless since she is no longer with us…
