Weekly Journal Prompts: #5
Last week we talked about how you are (or are not) a good friend and I also talked about to expand on your answers, what you can do to change, and why it’s important. This week I want to talk about something a little bit more fun!
Describe your perfect day.
What does your perfect day look like? Really go deep with your description, don’t leave out any detail. Where are you? Is it day or night, it is Summer or Winter. What are you doing from the time you wake up until the time you go to sleep. Who are you with? Or, who are you without?
Which brings me to the second part of this prompt – write about what is not included in your perfect day. What are some things that you don’t want to do? Who are the people you don’t want to see?
Look at what you wrote for what is included and what
I am always looking for ways, big and small, to make each day a little happier, a little bit brighter. Looking at the positive in your life and finding out how to increase it, and how to decrease the negative, can bring you closer to making each day your perfect day!
I am using these weekly prompts to reach my goal of self-discovery and making the events and actions in my daily life more intentional. My intention in sharing them is to hopefully inspire you to keep journaling, or to find your own path!
