First Day of School Questionnaire for Kids
The school year is starting in just a few weeks. Even though this is a really busy time for parents, teachers, and kids, I try to remember to take a few minutes to have my kids fill out their first day of school questionnaire. At the end of the school year I will have them fill out another questionnaire to see how their answers have changed! Sometimes their favorite subject or book changes, sometimes it stays the same. Either way, it’s a nice memento to keep and show them when they get older.
